(Almost) Everything I Learned About Being an Entrepreneur I Learned From Being an Entrepreneur

Earlier this month, I had the great privilege of speaking to a group of Duke students on the campus of Stanford University (a double dose of delight for me since I attended both of those fine institutions). I was asked by the professor to speak about what it was like to be “in the trenches of the entrepreneurship.” It got me thinking about all of the different ways people learn about entrepreneurship.

Now I am a pretty avid reader. Almost daily, I read another entrepreneur’s or academic’s perspective about how, where and what they learned about entrepreneurship.   All of the perspectives provide different insights. But for me, some just seem much more relevant.
